Bait and Switch
Vehicle was advertised online with a certain price, but once at dealership got price that included 3 additional items totaling $1200 added to the vehicle at the dealership and that couldn't be removed. These were for etched theft protection tags, paint and interior protective coatings, and interior disinfectant. This made the advertised price wrong (bait and switch) and just acts as a cushion to make the dealership more money. They would not negotiate price AT ALL. Not the fault of the salesperson, but how the dealership is run.
