Product Recall
This concerned the air bag recall that has plagued manufacturers for years. Mine was handled quickly and professionally by Tacoma Dodge, for which I am grateful. I hope they can continue selling the Fiat brand, and that Fiat widens their variety of cars offered. I've bought many cars from Tacoma Dodge and their service department has never done me wrong!

I spent 2 months dealing with 3 or 4 different new car dealers. I got a lot of annoying price run-ups at every other dealer but Fiat ofTacoma. Highly recommended. Save yourself a lot of grief and go here first.

Smooth and fast transaction
I bought a vehicle from out of state. The transaction was smooth and fast. All the paperwork was prepared and sent to me correctly and on time. I would do business again.
One area for improvement is communication: I was never able to get anyone on the phone. Email responses stopped when I wired the money. Responses to my messages were sporadic and delayed. They did was what needed to be done and without delay, but there was some anxiety created by the lack of communication.

Jim was such a huge help getting me the car I wanted. I had originally gone to Fiat of Kirkland, not only were they non communicative but also very dismissive. Jim was knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the car as well as chatted with me during each phase of the ordering and delivering process. He was great to work with!

Peace Of Mind!
Had concerns about warranty issues re: my 500X and oil consumption. They’ve taken great care to test my vechile, give me proper guidance and assurence that if it’s not working properly they'll make sure the issue is resolved. I have great faith in this dealership and trust they’ll be no BS if problems arise!

Sorry we can't have service for Alfa Romeo
Brandon and Richard are going to be missed as my advisor and technician. I could always trust that they would give me the right service and that they were thorough with inspecting my Giulia. It will be a bummer having to do any services elsewhere. I'm pleased to hear that oil service, tires and alignments will be continued for Alfa Romeo though! Thank you guys!!
