The first time I went to Fix my car, the customer service was great and I liked it.
The second time, I went there for an oil change, I guess the manager was having a bad day because th service was overpriced and bad. If you going to charge 138 for an oil change you should tell the customer what kind of oil you put in there, not only wasn't I told the oil type, they deliver the car without that sticker suggesting the next service date and told me they out of it and I could drive back there the next day.
The 3rd and probably the last time, my radiator burst and I towed my car from the southwest to their place. I was told by the receptionist that they charge 75$ for diagnosis and if I go through with them, the 75 was going to be credited to the Bill which was fair. They did their diagnosis and confirm the obvious(radiator burst). I went to a good body of mine who sells Nissan and infinity parts and get a used part that they mounted. I got the car and in less than a mile, I noticed the ac wasn't working and the car was overheating.After checking everything, I realized the fans wasn't working, I talked to Bianca who by the way is a very nice person and let her know the car is overheating and the fans are not working, she made arrangements and suggest that I drove it back to the shop that was closed and leave it with the security. I had the opportunity to speak to the manager himself and told him that the fans are not working. On Monday I was sent my new used radiator picture and was told there was a leak. I went there and ask if they checked on the fans and they were pretty sure about the radiator. They bought a brand new radiator to replace mine and I got charged 275 dollars again for labor, keep in mind that the first time was 275 with the credited 75 for the diagnosis. So if my math is mathin, it should have been 200 and you mean to tell me that a mechanic can replace a radiator test it without knowing it was a bad one and not even noticing that the fans aren't working. I let them buy the new one with the upper and lower hoses and replace it for 547 dollars. That same evening, I have a call from the mechanic himself telling me that my car is still overheating after the brand new radiator, I went the following day and him and the manager was telling me that I need an engine, that there was an oil leak and all kind of BS. I only ask one question: Are the fans working? Not the manager nor the mechanic could respond to me. After replacing a radiator twice, test driving a car, you do not know if the fans are working or not? The manager an I went for a test drive and realize the fans are not spinning. He could tell he was a little uncomfortable because I have told him from the start that the fans wasn't working and was like maybe you should change the fans first before changing the engine. I towed my car again to another mechanic, a real one this time and he did a real diagnosis and told me my engine is great and the only problem was the fans. I took the new used radiator back to my buddy and got a fan and my car is running fine for now 3 weeks.
Eduardo the manager knew they was wrong, form the second diagnosis on the first diagnosis which happens to be a misdiagnosis but instead of apologizing, he played me for a fool.
If you reading this to help decice on wether or not to take your car there, based on my experience, I would say please DON'T.
