Quick and Reliable Service
I contacted Frank's Auto Service via email in the evening with a service request. My email was returned promptly upon opening the next day and an appointment was scheduled in a very timely manner. My car was serviced on time, the day of service, and Patty is always great to work with. The mechanic was timely and professional as well.

Ball joint Repair
As noted in previous review when I was getting rear brakes replaced and emergency brake adjusted I was made aware I would need 4 new tires to pass inspection Upon further inspection I needed ball joints replaced I was made aware not to buy the tires before having the ball joints replaced other wise i would have to pay to have a 2nd alignment done costing me more money to spend getting my car to pass inspection The tires were a fortune Hats off to Adam for being professional and caring to the customers of Franks Auto Service

Problem solved!
I ran over a pipe on the highway tearing my ABS system and was able to safely bring it in to Franks for a check. The problem was quickly found, parts ordered and fixed quickly. Cost was reasonable without up charges that my dealership would have likely added. I am so greatful for their help as my go-to car resource.

Oil Change rear Brakes Emergency Brake
First of all 5 stars is not a true story of the service I received on Thursday May 22nd 2025 Should be 10 stars I came in for an oil change and rear brakes Realized car inspection was approaching and asked if my emergency brake could be serviced Patti was great Hats of to Adam who did a great job on my fixing everything Adam made me aware that I will need tires before getting my car inspected otherwisei Iwould received a rejection sticker Hats off to Franks Auto Service Patti was great along with adam 10 stars not 5
