Lucas is God sent
Lucas, the owner is very amazing and very nice. He will take the time to calmly. Talk to you and let you know what’s going on. Our engine died on our land rover.We Went to them to fix our engine. And he’s so kindly fixed it and gave my mom a wonderful deal. I appreciate everything that he has done and not only is he a hard-working man, but he is an honest man and a good mechanic. After talking to him again after having reoccurring issues with our engine. he went above and beyond and was just like bring the car in. And was just you don’t get service like that anymore. And he was very honest about what the problem was how he would diagnose the car and what could potentially happen going forward with our car. I have lived for Santa Rosa for Around 15 years. And with Range Rovers, You have a lot of problems. And I have met many mechanics. My last mechanic not only do you siphon us out of money by overcharging us because he saw that we had a Range Rover. He did the work poorly. Lucas was able to point out that the work was done poorly, and his prices were way cheaper And the professionalism and the niceness was the best that I have ever received from any of the prior mechanics that used to work on my car in Santa Rosa. I will now be taking my car only to him. Because he is about the only ethical, kind, and extremely good mechanic in Santa Rosa that I have worked with. Another point that I wanted to make is that I’m a woman and what people don’t know is that I may not be a mechanic but I have two degrees. One in business and one as an electrician. So I have taken a part ac transit buses, worked on Muni and BART, etc. I’m used to taking things apart. And i’ve gotten this a lot talk to me like I’m stupid because I am a woman people don’t think that I did all those things or that I have a degrees as an electrician. But that was not my experience with Lucas. He explained everything to me and did not question my intelligence. And he was very honest hard-working and respectful. Out of all the places that I will go. I will only let Lucas touch my car. If you want the best, you have to go to them.

Smog test and repair
Failed smog test. Lucas and his team were able to solve the issue and obtain a passing smog. The cost was minimal. Lucas is honest and cares about his customers.

Installed running boards on Odyssey.
They reviewed the product from its description on line before I purchased them & said they were good, but that they would use upgraded brackets for installation. They discussed with me prior to installation my desired outcome. The installation was what I expected & is good height & very stable. They also discussed with me after installation to make sure it was ok & to offer to adjust if I wanted. Good guys - I trust them.

Lucas and Taylor are top notch !!!
FSR has gone above and beyond with their expertise and service of my 2006 Ford. FSR made sure to find all issues with my truck and fixed them to insure it was running like it was brand new. The consistent communications and updates were outstanding. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you for keeping us safe on the road!!

Very knowledgeable
I've hired FSR but I haven't seen the end result as of yet. This is why I rated a 4 Stars.
I decided upon FSR because Lucas willingly gave me knowledgeable info that other repair shops couldnt/wouldn't & this was held in high regards for the extent of my vehicle's needed repairs.
This place does just about everything & ya should consider them on your next repair a/o Smog Test‼️?‼️
