We're pleased to hear the service was as promised and appreciate your confidence in us as your go-to mechanic. We’ll certainly keep the pricing feedback in mind, as sticker shock is nobody's favorite surprise.
I must confess I had a bit of sticker shock when I saw I had been charged $78 for windshield wipers when I had my truck in for an oil change.....I did not ask the price first, so thats on me, but considering a pair of really good wipers at Autozone cost around $50 (how did wipers get so expensive?)and they will put them on for free, that caught me a little off guard, but l like I said I authorized the work without asking how much. This will not keep me from them being my go-to mechanic as people this good are hard to to find.
