I just recently ordered a Dryland Suction Nozzle from this company, 5 minutes after I placed the order, I emailed them to see if they can put an X weld wire on the end of the product, so rocks don't jam up, they emailed me back an said yes they do, ok kewl, I got the product, not only was it scratched up, it didn't have the X weld on it, so I emailed them back about the scratches an X was not on there, and having emails an photos, they still tried to twist the story around an give me horse crap, even with ALL real evidence I gave them. I would NOT recommend this company, there shady, liars, manipulative, deceitful, and un helpful. They simply didn't care about my complaint, nor found a positive resolution but instead cold shouldered me. They actually should be turned into the Better Business Bureau. Heck, oddly Wal Mart, acts better then these backstabbers.. Go some where else people, this company are scammers an backstabbers....
