Started my process of purchasing a new GV 70 a few weeks before I discovered Rosen Genesis. The 3-4 other dealerships I dealt with were impossible to work with; were unprofessional, did not return calls or e mails and seemed uninterested in getting me the car I wanted. Once I contacted Rosen they were problem solvers, returned calls an e mails in a timely fashion....all the things you would expect but others found difficult to produce. From GM to sales person were very impressive. Dominick, Eddie, and Jen.....outstanding.
