Can't even get a phone call back. Strangest experience ever with a dealership.
I called on 10/17/22 to inquire about 4 different vehicles advertised as new on the Bowie Genesis webpage. I gave the “salesman” the stock numbers and he told me he would call me back in 10 minutes. 2 Hours later he calls back with no information and can’t even tell me if the vehicles are in stock, available, sold or what's the case. I told him I needed a more definitive answer than “I’m not sure” and he assured me he would call me back shortly with the information. I never heard from him again.
I called a second time and got a different salesman on the phone. I Gave him the same 4 stock numbers and asked him the same questions. He texted me his business card and I never heard from him again.
Literally the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Apparently they aren’t interested in selling cars.
