A long time to get service
I used to go to Noblesville's Genesis Dealer for service and had the best service there but sadly they just sold off their Genesis portion of the business. I would automatically get a loaner if they were going to take more than a day. Here at Napleton Genesis of Carmel they have a policy that if you have had the car over 3 years they charge you $200 for a loaner and they can't guarantee service so it may be 10 business days for diagnostics and then to get the part. How do working people work with that at all? Plus their backlog for loaners is 27 people deep. I'm rethinking my Genesis and going back to a Hyundai so I can get the good service back from Noblesville's Hyundai!
