Poor service
I am in agreement with the first few reviews-run away from the Genesis brand. Love the car but you can NOT rely on this service dept. I’m sure it’s overloaded as it’s the only dealership in IN. Hearing that should speak volumes. You will never get a loaner car (like they love to advertise) and their valet service has been despicable. Twice they have failed to show up on the scheduled day and I had to alert them of this. I waited 3 hrs when I had an appt simply to be told I will need a new tire and new license plate light (all of which they could have told me by looking at the car in the parking lot). Then, the 7 day window came and went for those parts and at 14 days I had to call and ask and calling is NEVER easy. Immediately ask for the manager and tell him of your concerns you’ve read about and maybe he will make sure you are taken care of.
