I tried to speak to someone to ask a question about the service appointment but after several calls, leaving voice mails with no response back I just gave up.
I ended up making a service appt online that was available in more then 2wks. Buying a luxury car and paying the high price includes Luxury service overall.
Not with the Genesis. It's only the name that says Luxury car.. so disappointed and I missed the luxury service I was getting from Mercedes … never had any issue for the past 12yrs. This is how the luxury car name brand kept their reputation over the years. Genesis seem to earn the reputation from the price and marketing but the service level is no better then Hyundai.
