Shame on me for not test driving my “certified” GV70 at highway speeds and above, I test drove up to 55mph. While driving it home I noticed the hood fluttering (more than any other aluminum hoods…bad design), All the wheels have scuff marks on them, the car vibrated at hwy speeds. At home noticed at least one wheel was bent in the inside, steering wheel controls (phone button) wouldn’t work, door trim was damaged (during make ready I suspect). After three weeks waiting for a new wheel (under warranty) I picked it up, trim piece still not replaced as promised…was told a damaged one was sent and waiting for another, steering wheel button fixed…but the car still vibrates at 70mph +. Hoping it’s a balancing issue or could be another wheel is out of round, or possible suspension issue. Communicated this with my advisor Aaron on May 3rd but no reply as of May 28th. Called and left message with manager, Jeremy waiting to hear back. Once resolved I’ll update my review with my findings. Hoping for a positive outcome and a quick reply back. Until then I can’t post a better rating but hoping I can soon.
