Maintenance Included - well if you can wait 3 weeks for a loaner?
Bought a 2025 GV80 in August. Called to get serviced, they won't have a loaner car available for over 2 weeks? Doesn't do me a lot of good given I'm headed out on a 800 mile drive in 2 weeks? I had to call in to the dealership 3 times to finally get through to service. Not sure why there isn't a phone prompt for service, or a direct line? First call, went to voicemail, next it disconnected me, 3rd call got transferred service. After realizing that I couldn't get a loaner for 2 weeks, I expressed my concern that Genesis service was less than what I previously experienced at Mercedes and Acura. Service rep must not have appreciated my comments as he hung up without saying goodbye. Just call me when you want to schedule an oil change...which is what I was doing but didn't expect it to take 2 weeks to get a loaner. I guess most reviews that discuss service levels lacking at Genesis are true.

Good buying car experience overall although and the reason I gave 3 stars. that said I went through Costco and didn't have a trade making it an easy transaction. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful after the fact.
