I apologize for the poor communication regarding your sales experience. I am not showing any sales activity under your name. Our dealership is in Fayetteville, AR. Again I apologize for the poor communication but am happy for you that you were able to find your Genesis at another dealership. If I can be of service or if you have questions feel free to contact me at 479-695-5807 or if you prefer email at: richardmcgaugh@crainteam.net.

I responded to Genesis of Fayetteville after an hour instead of a day agreeing to the price to put the downpayment. They collected my driver's license, proof of address, and my credit card number. Then they informed me that the car has been sold. Allegedly someone walked into the show room and bought the car in that one hour. I have not received any notification or a courtesy call before they sold the car. Needless to say I was livid, and thankfully the other Genesis dealership restored my reservation.
Then Genesis of Fayetteville called me again in the next hour informing me that the car did not actually get sold, and it's now available again. I spoke to several people in their management and nobody thought there was any problem with anything that transpired. I refused to get drawn into this bait and switch again. Wouldn't work with them or trust them, just feels really shady
