My whole experience was bad first of all I drove there 1.5 hours away car was not as described front windshield was cracked (they fixed it but of course not with a Mercedes windshield) and the key was held on with duct tape mind you this is a Mercedes S550, so after test driving it and negotiating on my trade in which was a Lexus LS 460 they tried to low ball me on my trade, after I told them I was leaving they agreed on paying it off.I told them we can do the deal . The manager Shawn was very rude, arrogant and raciest to me and the banker at Navy Federal because he wasn’t understanding the amount of the check that I was bringing to them, it was obvious he couldn’t add . I purchased the car with not even putting 200 miles on the car the check engine light came on, went to get it checked out, I was told it was the catalyst converter called the dealership for some assistance and was told it was a maintenance issue and it’s my problem by my sales guy Ronnie. Of course the niceness was not the same since they got the car sold. So now I’m riding around with a Mercedes S550 with a check engine light on and the dealership doesn’t care!
