This is the worst dealership ever! I brought in my Genesis G80 for the roof rattling noise issue two times. They held my car two days for the first time and a month for the second time. In both times, they acknowledged there was a rattling noise but kept giving me excuse after excuse (they had an Engineer to look at the issue but they couldn’t fix it). Instead of telling me they didn’t have the capability to fix it, they told me to reach out to Genesis USA if I had further inquiry on this issue. Of course, I did reach out to Genesis USA and was told that they would find me another Dealership to have my car fix. As you are a big dealership, Boch Huyndai Genesis, you should be more respectful and more honest with your customers.
