Worse Salesperson
Spoke to Andy asked about a lease he started to look at the web site, I stated that the web site does not give you all the incentives so I asked why then would I need a salesperson and his answer was "I guess you don't" I don't know about you but I don't think this person sells very many cars

I had a good experience working with Danual at the Sterling McCall Gensis of Southwest Houston. I hadn't bought a new car in over 15 years, and I'm glad I bought my Genesis from this location. I was pleased with the negotiation process and financing. Everything was very easy. I'd recommend buying your Genesis from this dealership.

I love my Genesis GV80
I've been very pleased with my GV80 so far (one week in). The car is fun to drive, rides well, and has all the cool technology. And was a great value compared to the Audi Q8 I was considering. It is not necessarily a big negative, but the facility looks and some of the staff didn't feel like a premium experience. But maybe that comes with the price? As normal dealing with the finance person was a drag.

If you are buying a car, see Lisa at Genesis of Southwest Houston!
If you are looking to buy a Genesis (which you SHOULD, since they are amazing cars), I highly recommend that you contact their sales manager, Lisa Priest, to make your purchase. She knows everything about those cars, is great at maneuvering through the process, and will work with you to get the right car at the best price I found in Houston.

I shopped at another Genesis dealer on the northwest side of town, and was stunned at the lack of respect, the unary pricing and the overall miserable experience. Luckily, a friend introduced me to Lisa, and the different was night and day.

I felt comfortable with her immediately and quickly came to trust her implicitly. And how often can we say THAT about a car salesman!

The process at the dealership is still too long and painful, but other than that, I am extremely satisfied with the car and the overall experience.

Great experience over all
Iloye was a wonderful salesman! He was upfront and honest with us. Gave us all of our options. Kept us updated on our vehicles arrival and very, very, knowledgeable about the vehicle. Seemed very excited about our purchase and giving us all the details.
Waiting for the finance department was our only problem.
