PSA !!! Save your money!!
Honestly only reason why this genesis has 4 stars is there sales department is amazing. BUT GOD HELP THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Honestly If I had the chance I’d take my 64k I spent to Mercedes or BMW. Lesson learned for the future. This has nothing to do with the car itself. Of the 64k I spent, some was for warranties and so I have to deal with the service department, I don’t even call to complain anymore they don’t care, only reason I’m putting this here is so people can take there money to actual Luxury brands, or developed luxury brands because genesis seems to be new to it, because Genesis luxury ends once you buy the car. Also note that this is the only genesis around.

Great Service
Chris Beltran was the sales guy I worked with on my GV70. I really appreciated his working knowledge of the GV70. My last 'new' car was a 2010 Sequioa and the technology in the Genesis is years ahead of what I'm accustomed with. Chris has been helpful in sending links to the Genesis YouTube series which is another great resource. There was never any pressure when i was at the dealership, just information and assistance. They also had the lowest markup in the area, i.e. taxes and reasonable fees. I had been talking w/dealers from Towson, MD to Petersburg, VA and markups ran from 2 to 8k on the GV70 after taxes.

Straightforward, friendly, perfect
I had not made up my mind about purchasing a GV 70 when I visited the dealer. Mohamed, hi great sales guy, was knowledgeable about the car and how it compares two similar competing vehicles which I had certainly researched beforehand. He was honest and correct, which I really appreciated. We soon went on a good test drive where he pointed out the money features of the car including the advanced driver assistant features like automatic lane changing. Upon returning we selected a vehicle, process the paperwork quickly, finished the paperwork via a really cool large tablet, and I waited for the final prep and delivery. Could not have asked For a cleaner or quicker process. I would certainly recommend this dealership.

Exceptional!
We were in VA from Buffalo, NY visiting our kids for the holiday. We came to the dealership with our son who was picking up his vehicle after maintenance. We fell in love with the GV70 and made a spontaneous decision to trade in our INFINITI QX50. We’ll never regret it! The Genesis is light years ahead of Infiniti! To make the transaction even more enjoyable, our salesperson (Jonathan Brown) was so courteous, exceptionally knowledgeable, and respectful of the short timeframe we had to make the transaction happen-all without cutting into the brief time we had to spend with our kids. He was top notch!

Upper management were great at resolving issues. Once they were aware of the issue I had, they were able to resolve it right away. They regained my trust. I would buy my next vehicle with them.

Great dealership
I’m a long time Porsche and BMW guy and first time Genesis owner. The sales advisor was knowledgeable, honest and very professional. I felt a sense of comfort that I usually don’t get at a car dealership. I’m glad I came to this dealership and will definitely be back for another Genesis. Bought Genesis that had a small dent. Salesperson promised to get it fixed or reimburse for repair. He wanted a good review for the sale, which I did. After my favorable review, no response from him about the fixing the dent. I tried to contact him via email and multiple text but no response. Called the dealer, talked to a manager and he said he will get back to me but never did. Very unethical.
