The worst customer service
Bought a 2026 gv70 sports prestige. For months they tried to fix it. It was purchased back under lemon law. The whole time 3 months , with no contact from the dealership still waiting for all the checks from the extended warranty which were prorated and I've lost over 500$ for not submitting paperwork timely. Also the loaner car they gave me got a cracked passenger side window. I never noticed it and instead of telling us they took the money out of my account. (560)$ I've been trying to get the paperwork from Jessica to send to travlers insurance. Today travlers insurance called me that Jessica has not returned any calls or emails. This has been going on since June
