Courteous , welcoming and knowledgeable
Very courteous and welcoming from the moment I came in. Never having been there Moody welcomed me by my first last name. Took me by surprise and when I asked him he said he knew who I was when he saw me parking my car. Now that's an eye for detail and care. And just like that I will be a client for life. A couple of hours later I had my car's diagnosis and repair recommendations. Thanks. GREATBJOB.

The best customer service in town!
The owners and their mechanics are on top of their games, transparent about the mechanical issues and offer various options to resolve the problem. Very courtesy, respectful and understanding.

Quick and Easy
My parents recommended this place to me, and my parents are very picky about who they do business with, so I had a good feeling going in that I was going to get good service, and I did! They were very nice, informative and understanding, and I didn't feel like I was being oversold unneeded services. If anything, I felt like I had more work that could be done, but they assured me what was needed soon and what could be put off until later, and explained why! They weren't dismissive.

They made me feel heard and at ease with my vehicle, and that's all I could ever ask for. I will definitely going back there again, probably sooner than later since I feel like I can trust their advice and suggestions!

The service was great. I called that Saturday morning and mo fit me in and look at my suv and told me everything was in good shape. I appreciate him being honest with me about my suv. I will recommend global auto repairs to everyone. They do all repairs.
