The worst !
Gossett Hyundai On Covington Pike!! 😡😡Normally don’t have a bad experience there but this time was the worst ! Made it there at 8am didn’t leave until almost 6 hours later ! They first claim they had the wrong brakes, I tried to be patient and understanding but when I ask the person that was assisting me for time because I had and another appointment to attend to she said will get back to me and let me know the time but no response until almost an hour later, so appointment missed and the mean time they were on their lunch and having girl gossip. Everyone that came way after me got their vehicle serviced before me. When I was leaving out someone made a joke, but more with an attitude, never returning back again
