I have a newborn baby at home. This isn’t some minor inconvenience — this is my family’s only reliable transportation, and Gossett Hyundai has left us completely stranded with no end in sight. The complete lack of urgency or basic professionalism is outrageous.
On top of that, no one answers the phone. I’ve called multiple times and it just rings endlessly. This level of customer neglect is unacceptable from any dealership, let alone one that claims to value its customers.
I expected basic competence and basic human decency. Instead I got radio silence and total disregard for a family with a newborn who desperately needs their vehicle.
