LIES, LIES and more LIES
This was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had with ANY business. The LIES never stopped from the Consignment Intake of my 100% Custom Motorcycle to getting it listed, having pictures taken, using more than a completely generic description, talking to an OWNER and picking it up FILTHY with only 1/3 of the additional parts and accessories being retrieved until I told them to go get the remainder…wherever they were. A BRAND NEW BATTERY is now JUNK because of them. ZERO COMMUNICATION from ANYONE for the 9 MONTHS it was “Stored” there. Was told “We don’t sell motorcycles” by Consignment AND Ownership AFTER we told them we were picking it up (although there were 5+ in inventory). Owner told me “my detailer doesn’t know how to clean motorcycle rims” but I’ll have him spray some windex on them. You’ll have to pay to have it done by someone from the outside”. I told him I WOULD, but NEITHER happened, it was NEVER TOUCHED.
READ THE REVIEWS and you’ll NEVER do any business with them and you’ll WARN others of the Deception. RIDICULOUS

Horrible Experience
If I could give GR Auto Gallery in Michigan a no star review I would. Drove hours, told the salesman when we would be there and had to wait over an hour for him. Car not ready, they had to work to get it started. Went to our local license branch and they did not provide sufficient paperwork to process the title and registration. So we cannot title or license until GR Auto Gallery in Michigan provides the proper documents and we cannot drive it with no plates. GR Auto collected sales tax, however, I live in Indiana and our BMV says they have to transfer the title to them since they collected sales tax. Oh but GR Auto will not transfer the title to themselves because they are an auto broker. So I guess we will probably have to pay sales tax again and leave out their paperwork and only use the sellers title with GR's POA paperwork (that they failed to mail to us). This should have been a great experience and they have been awful.

Wrong statements about the condition of the car
I Life in Germany. I bought a car from the company GRautogallery. It was advertised:
"The interior is in very good condition. This is a great driving vehicle that presents itself exceptionally well inside and out. "
It arrived with me and was already announced by the company, which carried out the transport, as "does not work". He did not start either.
A tire was flat and the coat had big cracks.
Of the four doors, only two could be opened from the outside.
The radiator had such a large hole that the coolant flows out. Not just dripping.
This error can not be explained, because I got these things in mails and phone calls called in very good condition. On the question of whether I can help me with the repair of the unspecified damages financially, came only a no.
In your company, the car was great.
However, the transport company only transported the car and did not drive it.
I also sent pictures of the cooler to the company.
The damage can not come from the transport.
So buy only cars that you have seen and driven. Because on all other commitments of the company is reliable.

THE WORST IN THE BUSINESS. ABSOLUTE LIARS AND SCAMMERS
ABSOLUTE CROOKS. After fraudulently, and admittingly, selling me a vehicle that was advertised completely incorrectly, one of the owners decided he would rather get into a lawsuit with me then pay for the shipping of the vehicle that he sold me via complete lies. Upon deciding I would be better off not going through the hoops of "not leaving a bad review" then he would pay me back, and I would have to eat the shipping, I'd rather keep the truck, and make sure that every review and everyone knows that GR Auto Gallery is not only run by a bunch of amateurs, who dont know left from right, but also a bunch of CROOKS who knowingly sell RUSTY, FAULTY, and MISADVERTISED cars. Don't let their "$1000.00 Detail fool you, these guys are absolute crooks. If anyone needs to reach out to talk about buying a car from them, I have all of the documentation from these crooks. They belong behind bars, not behind desks.
