The GM team of mechanics is probably one of the best in the Wilmington area. They are experienced to deal with any vehicular issue. Billie, a seasoned GM mechanic, is my “rock star” who has worked on my “vintage” car over the past 5 years. Before any repair or service is performed (except routine items like an oil change or inspection), Stephanie or Mark will discuss with you the issue; the planned fix, time needed, and cost. In most cases, the issue is documented with photos that track these items and their resolution. Additionally, the urgency of the repair is noted. As a result, I am much more aware of my car’s overall mechanical wellbeing and focused on those issues necessary for the safe and efficient operation of my vehicle. Final comment is about cost.
