We are thankful you took the time to express your expereince with us at your last visit. Part of the North Carolina State Inspection states that wiper blades cannot be torn. Although the wiper blades were functioning and clearing the windsheild they were torn, and that fails the state inspection as per the guidelines. We have to make sure to follow these rules as best as possible as we have legal repercussions when these rules are not followed.
