Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating experience. I have been waiting weeks for my down payment to be returned after backing out of a transaction, and all I’ve received is excuse after excuse. I’ve been given the runaround by Justin, Germono, Kyle, and others, each telling a different story about a check that supposedly should have arrived over a week ago.
There is zero accountability at this dealership. No one calls back. No one follows up. Every time I reach out, I’m met with conflicting information and empty promises. At this point, the lack of professionalism and basic customer service is staggering.
I feel completely disrespected and mishandled, and I strongly warn anyone considering this dealership to stay far away. There is no excuse for treating customers this poorly—especially when there is so much competition in the area. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere unless you want to be left angry, frustrated, and chasing your own money.
