Very good service
I went in for an inspection and had an oil change while my car was there.it was done in a timely mannor.I like taking my car there because they don't tell you that you need unnecessary work done.

Impersonal Disrespectful Overcharged & Deceitful
They overcharge for a variety of services. For example, they charge for two separate types of labor: it costs $180 for larger jobs, while smaller jobs are slightly less expensive, but still unreasonable. The prices for mechanical parts are just as questionable; it doesn’t matter what size or purpose the part serves; it’s still overpriced. They seem to adjust the prices from high to even higher. When you ask a question or express a concern about your vehicle, Rebecca, the receptionist, always reacts with irritation and tends to insert her own opinions instead of addressing your inquiries directly. Her answers are vague, or she hardly responds at all. It’s as if she's trying to act like someone’s mother, rather than a professional receptionist. Both the mechanic and the receptionist have a lack of professionalism in their pricing, communication, and overall customer service.

Great job Diagnosing the Problem
The newer vehicles can be harder to diagnose. This requires skill and experiance. I was very happy with the results. The engine light is out and runs like new. I will be bringing my other vehicles there.

Clear Communication
They have an appointment confirmation system that ensures you don’t forget your upcoming appointment and when they had my vehicle they noticed my inspection was due and called to see if I wanted that service as well which saved me another trip. It was very much appreciated.
