Service Department, do better
I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and was informed 3 hours later while waiting, that the tech spilled oil on my engine. The next day. I encountered issues and had my vehicle towed to the dealership. The next day, the service tech was in a restaurant drive thru blasting my music! The manager was helpful, but it took them an entire week to provide an update! I’ll just go to the Flowood location from now on. Maybe then I will be valued as a customer!
