Service Department is seriously imcompetant
I have bought 2 cars from this dealership, a new car and a certified car. The service department has been a total nightmare. Gabby, who answers the phones like to say, " its not my problem." Thats not something that ANYONE wants to here when they are having a problem. I finally got to speak to a live human in the service department, and he told me " I don't know " who takes that warranty. Again, not" let me see how I can help you in some way...."I don't know." Last time I waste money at this place, and I will tell everyone I can not to go to these people. They don't care about anything after the sale.
