ZERO stars! Worst Customer Service I ever experienced
ZERO Stars if possible! Please beware; stay as far away from this Dealership as possible!!! I took my 2023 Santa Fe there LAST year with a "thumping" sound. They CHARGED me for "torque" and diagnostic fees but did not fix the problem. So I had to take it back 3 more times for a total of 40 DAYS, and they never fixed the problem. T.J. (Service Manager) and Walter (Advisor) are the WORST in Customer care (they do NOT "care" at all!). Walter even mocked me. They wore me out so I took it to A+ Auto Repair in Redwood City. A+ diagnosed correctly in less than 48 hours and is fixing the problem. VERY sad what Hanlee's Fremont Hyundai has become. FYI: Francisco and Daniel (Advisors) are exempt from my comments about Fremont Hyundai.
