I have took my car they a number of time never fails somelse is wrong when I get it back . I need a thermostat changed . They said they did it but looking at my engine does not look like it at all . Now my ac won't work omg

Excellent company
I’ve taken my car to Harper’s Garage 3+ times, they’re very knowledgeable about what they do. The work has always been completed in a timely manner and the diagnosis has always been correct. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Wouldn't recommend them to an enemy
They told me my car needed a computer and when I went to pick car up they told me it needed a timing chain had them put a new one in it.. Drove the car it did the same thing it was doing before they put computer in it then they told me the motor was junk.. 1700 dollars gone.. Great job Harper's Garage..

Very Good Technicians, Even Better at Communicating just what is needed!!
Harpers Garage is one of the best choices we made. Used them for several years when a friend who had just retired after 30 years as a Head Technician in a Dealership shop was ordered by his wife: "Go find something to do, I'm not having you hanging around the house underfoot all the time!!!!".

Our friend recently retired (for the 3d time) to FL so we are again using the Good Folks at Harpers. I was most impressed by their complete and straight-forward explanations/recommendations. I grew up on a farm, changing oil at the age of 7, working on the tractors & other the equipment at 8. So I DO know what the tech's are talking about. Their explanations were always thorough, yet could be understood by people who aren't "tech-savvy", they don't overwhelm you with MechanicSpeak!

These Guys are GOOD, use 'em!!

Highly Recommend
Honest and reasonable prices. Every job I have had done by Jerry was completed and fixed properly with no other problems. I have a 1997 QX4 (that is my baby) and needs some maintenance from time to time to keep it reliable and Harper's does it for me.

Started using Harper’s this year. Have never been disappointed. Have been honest and not fixed items when I thought they needed it.

They are crooks and will put your family in danger to profit from.
Jerry and Gary Harper are crooks. They obviously think everybody is as stupid as they are! I paid them $2,400 to send heads off to be re worked and all new parts, cams and fuel pump. They intentionally removed new parts that Kay's in Blue Ridge installed and put old worn out parts in just one position on each head. So it would last just long enough to get me down the road about 100 miles then the slightly shorter push rod bent and ruined my motor. Then looks me in the eye and says they don't have a clue why it done that and a child could see that the old parts that were broken next to the brand new parts is the problem. And to top that I referred them before hand to a friend and when my friend got his jeep back these crooks cut the 4wheel drive shifter boot and beat the vacuum lines off the top of the transfer case. SMH. When i picked my jeep up they were smart to enough to stay inside and hide.
