Excellent auto service and customer care. #1 Service in the entire Des Moines Area
We have went to Higgins Plaza for service and repairs since around ~ 1995. They have alway been up front, honest and very courteous. We took our 1999 Dodge truck in to have all four tires replace. I had been told the front wheel bearings needed replace, when they called they informed me the bearings were warranted, the bolts on one of the calipers was had been stripped. The tapped out with new treading and fixed the issue. You can’t beat an Honest Business that is there for you and informs you of what needs fixed now but also what doesn’t have to be done immediately but will need future attention. Their cost is very reasonable. If any of my vehicles need Svc/repairs and Higgins can do it, that’s where I go!
