My entire experience, from scheduling an oil change to picking up my car was not only so easy but also professional, friendly and done in the time frame expected. Chelsea is amazing as the Service advisor!
After receiving a mailer, and since High Tech is close to me and I have done business with them in the past, I called to schedule an oil change. Chelsea explained since my car is European the special didn’t apply but she was able to give me a discount! I it a day that fit perfect with my schedule, the service was done in less than 2 hours and I was given a checklist of maintenance items that should be completed within a reasonable time. Chelsea took the time to go over them with me, I chose the ones I wanted done now and scheduled them. High Tech will be my “car place” from now on since my mechanic grandson has relocated 🙂 I can’t recommend enough.
