Service was great. Very impressed how professional they are. Great diagnostic report. Have a couple issues to keep an eye on.
Will recommend them to family and friends.

Before you even consider so much as an oil change read what happened to me....

My car was towed to Honest Auto ( they really should consider changing their name as honesty does not fit this venue). I was told I needed a new battery, a check engine light and possible alternator resulted in my request for diagnosis. I received a detailed report of repairs my car needed. Nothing really other than battery at present, ABS is a pending recall...

I picked my car up, opting for the new battery. Once I entered my car to leave I noticed the driver seat was not operable nor the heated seats. Thinking the new battery install may have blown a fuse, I went back in and explained what I discovered. One of the employees, possible owner came out and did what appeared to check to see if my seat was working. He also spoke with someone who may have been the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. His conclusion was there was a problem with the seat?? Yes, but not before their repair. I pointed out the seat was moved all the way back not a position I used and again reminded this non mechanic my car seat and heat were working prior to service. IMMEDIATELY he went into denial and "we are not responsible" position. Now mind you, I was not a new customer and had recently spent over $1,000 on brake repairs. Both the perceived owner including "Karen" suddenly abandon their pledge. What happen to "were Honest Auto, fair shake, unlike the other rip you off places. YES YOU ARE. Because now, right before winter, I have no heated seats, can't move my seat back to my preferred driving position, and that check engine light that was off came back on in 20 minutes. As I explained ripping me off is not acceptable. Note, nothing was mention about any electrical problem with my$71 diagnosis charge.

Playing people by naming your business "Honest" backfires when you are not. I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. I am going to file a complaint with BBB, and wherever I can post my review on your dishonest experience I was subjected to keep your phony "we are different" pledge and take your place among the other sorry excuse for an auto service. You should be ashamed of yourself, so much for earning an Honest dollar.
