Brought back the car from the dead
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Performance Auto Repair Shop for some much-needed maintenance on my vehicle, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel valued as a customer.

Jeremy and Pat were amazing throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain the issues I was facing in a way that was easy to understand. Their honesty and fairness in pricing were a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experiences at another car shop, where I often felt pressured and misled. At Performance, there were no hidden fees or surprises when it came time to settle the bill.

Wasted Plenty Time
I understand you couldn't do the job but it took an hour to come to that conclusion. The shop wasn't busy, the diagnosis wasn't complicated. But instead of customer in front of them, they preferred to do the office work and attend phone calls.
It was a broken part and you just had to tell me if you could replace it or not. Doesn't take an hour in an empty shop.
