I am a 100% Totally and Permanently disabled veteran with wartime service. I purchased a brand new Santa Cruz from Hyundai of Bedford Ohio in May 2022. The dealership charged $6000 above the advertised sticker price. The $34,000 truck sold for $40,000. I was told there would be no negotiating. I was low balled on my Hyundai Sonata hybrid trade-in due to a recorded dent that was repaired on the driver side door. Now only two months and 1500 miles later, I I am having to have a flaw repaired in the new trucks paint job. On August 4, 2022 my vehicle goes to the local Hyundai dealership to have a flaw in the driver's side factory paint job repaired. Hyundai of Bedford never caught this flaw but still raised the price on their flawed vehicle. It's like the owner of this dealership feels entitled to the $500 benefit the Hyundai corporation offers military members and veterans. Also no discount for being a prior three time Hyundai owner. I am thoroughly disgusted with this dealership, heart and soul to the very fiber of my honorable being.
