Now we talk service. The first bad experience was about 5 or 6 months ago when i came in to have nitrogen added to my tires. I was informed that not only do they no longer have the nitrogen but that the valves that came with the car were rusting on and I would have to purchase a new tire. I asked them why I have to pay for a new tire if their product was faulty, then also asked them why they cannot just replace the valve. After debating for a bit, suddenly they were able to change the valve and even confirmed that they had it in stock so it wouldn’t take long. Fast forward to 5 hours later and I find out they didnt have the valve and were waiting for it to be delivered.
Come back several months later for 32,000 mile service that was indicated on Hyundai of Fort Myers website under available services. Booked this service package specifically with an indicated price range of $321.10-$349.64. Walk in to check in and what a surprise when the advisor tells me that package is no longer available. So I proceed to tell him that it is on their website as an active package. At that point another SA says it is an error on the national website, we have had this issue before. Well if you have had this issue, why is no one fixing it or at the very least, why did no one call me when I booked it to let me know, so now I expect it to be honored. After I reached out to the news, suddenly they could accommodate and do everything listed in the range advertised. I will not return here and strongly advise others to stay away as well.
Edited to say I had an 11:00 appointment and was told my car would be ready in an hour and a half and at worse case, 2 hours. Well they didn’t even start work on my car until almost 2 1/2 hours.
