Questionable sales practices and state investigation
Several months ago I bought a new palisade and discovered it was undeliverable for mechanical reasons. A second palisade I received had a catastrophic transmission failure in about a hundred miles. The manager offered me a new 2026 for the same price, he lied I later discovered. Also the dealer didn’t remove the second palisade from my name and the state revoked my license unknown to myself. Had I been pulled over I would have gone to jail, clearly unacceptable behavior by a dealership that claims to be honest.
The dealer is part of the Morgan group that is under investigation for poor business practices, fraud, and cheating the elderly.
