ILKB-BR has the most friendliest staff I’ve experienced with a gym in quite a while. They are always willing to help and provide suggestions to get you on track to your fitness goals. The workout is fun and engaging, but also motivating to want get you to return for more. You can get a workout that covers all aspects of your body while getting fit and not realizing it. The gym is always clean as well as the other facilities we use so much so that you can walk around barefoot. Kickboxing is a must if you’re looking for a fun way to get into shape without always doing the same redundant workouts!
