My New Shop for my Audi Q5
I brought my Q5 in for an intermittent issue. Of course, it did not act up for the wrench. We have possibilities of what issue may be. Although, Nick chose not to throw parts at with shotgun troubleshooting, which I appreciated. Could not definitively determine the root cause, so I was not charged a diagnostic fee. Intermittent issues are typically an indicator of an early issue that will likely become repeatable. Nick also did not upsell on an unrelated issue, just to sell work like the StealerShip does….When I need repairs, I will definitely be back.
