The Team at Jackson Automotive is second to none. On Wednesday, I noticed the steering on our 2015 Sequoia was not returning to center after making a turn. My wife was going to be driving to Atlanta the next Tuesday, so I called Jackson Automotive and asked if it could be diagnosed and repaired by Monday. They responded, "Bring it in." We took it in and it was ready on Monday and at a reasonable price. My wife left for Atlanta on Tuesday moring on time. This is the 2nd time they have saved us. Two winters ago we were going to drive to Colorado to visit our daughter and a week of skiing. Due to a bad oil change the engine needed to be rebuilt. Again, Jackson took it in and had the engine rebuilt in time for the trip and for a resonable price. These aren't the only times I've used Jackson Auto. I've been a loyal customer since we moved to Rockwall in March, 1998! Over 28 years!
