I'm a BMW Master tech and an ASE master auto tech (I can see through a lot of bullcrap repair shops/ dealers try to peddle). When I have friends, family, or vulnerable populations (single parents, not car saavy, etc...) ask me where they should send their car if I don't have time I send them here without hesitation. Recently had them service my wife's CRV and I was highly satisfied with their work. This is one of only a very small handful of shops where I trust the Quality of the technicians, the price of the work, the integrity/ honesty, and the overall value. Wouldn't send anyone anywhere else in the county.

Sincere thanks to Scott and Jackson's Auto Works
Thanks so much for the help given to me at a really crucial time. It was almost 5pm when I had a tire blow out in the middle of downtown. I was with my sister who is non ambulatory and I didn't know where to turn. However, the Lord had a young man walk up to the car and put the little donut tire on. He then directed me to Jackson,s Auto Works. He assured me that I would not be disappointed and he was right. I immediately felt welcome, although it was near closing time. I was met with kindness, a smile, and sincere concern for our safety by Scott. He and his fellow coworkers treated us like queens with the utmost respect. This company has already been recommended by me to everyone in my community and church for the excellent care given to us. God bless you all.

Friendly.
I was recommended to take my car to Jackson Auto by my friend who had nothing but glowing remarks about their service and reliability. They explained everything that was wrong and told me upfront what the cost would be. If you are looking for an honest auto business then they are the guys to work on your car.
