Always the best customer care
Wes & co always do a great job! I was able to leave my car, have Piedmont triad auto glass put in a new windshield as well as have all the other items I needed handled in one day.

Good work, good prices, good people.
Been using Master Tech for several years for our 2011 XC60. They do good work, car is always ready when they say it will be, and they stand by their work. They do not charge nearly as much as the dealership. I highly recommend them.

A Year In
I have had my C70 for one year. Work related travel has put quite a few miles on her, but Wes and his team keep my car in excellent condition.

Impressed
It was time for the expensive 150,000-mile service on my 2018 Volvo XC60, and I decided to try Master Tech for the first time after always going to the Volvo dealership. I was very pleased to find a shop that specializes in Volvos and is much more cost-effective. It was definitely a win for me! The staff was courteous, professional, and made the experience smooth and easy. I’ll be getting my car serviced at Master Tech from now on

Oil change tire rotation
Above expectations as always. They found a cracked wheel unknown me and a leak so they installed the temporary spare tire and found a replacement wheel for a few hundred dollars less than brand new. I really appreciate them finding this! Also noticed a small crack in the upper radiator hose which is common at this mileage and for my vehicle. Will be replacing both wheel and upper radiator hose kit next week. Again thank you for noticing this important safety issue!
