Will not accept responsibilty, blames you.
Brought my vehicle in and was quoted $600 to $700 to fix my 2 codes with parts they provided as they don't accept parts brought in by customer. They then told me they would accept my part and it would be $150 cheaper because of it, I got excited and gave them the go ahead. I came in and was told she's all set and my codes are fixed- says so on paper they gave me- and charged me $583. Turns out they gave me a new code and 1 of the 2 original codes is still there. The new code is related to the original 2nd code, a wire they "fixed" by shoving it back into a cracked harness. The paper they handed me said they confirmed issue resolved. One person took my card and charged it, while another person started telling me that "actually there were codes and I'll have to bring her back if I want her fixed". When I spoke with the owner/ person who worked on my card he told me I was "speaking stupid" when I told them that my IMRC was NOT fixed and why did I pay almost $600 in labor for a fuel relay sensor that I provided?? I work on cars, my tank was on red bar empty for tank to be dropped and a pop in pop out sensor to be installed- 2hours tops. NOT 5hrs worth of labor charges over the course of 2 days of me not having my car- ESPECIALLY when the problem is still there, now made worse.
