Intermittent starting
I took my vehicle in for a possible battery or alternator replacement. After several tests were conducted, it turned out to be a bad starter. Thanks for saving me a lot of time and cash.

Vehicle would start occasionally
Vehicle was taken in and troubleshooting was conducted to find a bad starter. I thought the problem was related to the charging system. Thanks for saving me a lot of time and money.

Fast & Professional Service 👍
I just moved back to Michigan and I needed repair work done to my car. I called and he didn’t give me a hard time, told me to bring the car and my control arm was fixed the same day. I needed to know I can count on good & PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! He understood the assignment and made sure my car was back on the road again.

Great Team at Jay’s
Jay’s has become my favorite place to take my cars to. I just came from meeting with Jay. He was kind enough to do an inspection of a car I’m considering buying (and at the end of a busy day). Afterwards, he explained in layman’s terms what was going on with the car and what my next steps should probably be. I really appreciate him looking out for me like that as I haven’t got much experience buying cars. That was very considerate of him. I highly recommend Jay’s Auto Repair for all your automotive needs. He’s got your back.

Only Place I Go To
I found this shop due to getting a warranty with carshield. I cancelled the warranty pretty quickly but decided to stick with the shop. They’re fast, reliable, and as a single woman, I have never felt taken advantage of. There’s been times I’ve taken my car in thinking something was wrong only to be relieved when they said otherwise.

A shady shop would’ve made up an issue.

All of the workers are extremely nice and professional. If you’re looking for a reliable shop, look no further!

Good Work
Jay did a wonderfull job in his diagnosis a thump sound from my car. Crooks tried to steal my rims and broke the wheel lugs, Jay found me a rim and put my truck back together again. Thanks Jay.
