Was told we were approved we just needed to send in pay stubs proof of residency and drivers licenses. We sent all that in and a day later get told we can't get you on the calligraphy you would have to go down to the SEL about 20k less of a car. Ford called us back 2 hours after doing app, approved 70k plus 0 down didn't have to send in a single document.... Avoid these liars.. we bought the palisade from them and when trading it in they offered 3k less than ford gave us for it.
