I made a fair offer for a new vehicle, $3000 over invoice (but less than MSRP), and a fair request for a trade stating this will get the deal done today. But if they wanted to negotiate, I'll take their offer into consideration and shop around. The manager got a huge chip on his shoulder, and demanded $2000 over MSRP, and then offered a $3000 less than CarMax offer for trade-in. I walked out. I was a bit hesitant to even consider Jerry's as I've had bad experience in the past... I purchased a 1993 Pickup (before they were called the Tacoma) and took it in for routine oil service. They took the truck into the bay, and returned about an hour later, I paid and went home. When I got home, I washed my truck and checked all the fluids, and noticed they never serviced the oil - still had the dirty oil and filter on the vehicle. Never go back...

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They don't even deserve one. I took my brand new 2025 Toyota Camry XSE in because it is making a metal clunking noise when in reverse. First it was a nightmare to even get them to take the car and give me a rental. The car is 5 months old!! I had to contact my salesman (whom is incredible btw) to get them to take my car and look at it to give me a rental. I finally drop it off and I see in the lojack app where they took it for a ride and that was it. No way they even jacked it up or looked at it. Several hours later I get a call from my service advisor who tells me the noise I am hearing is my rear brake pads shifting in the bracket. Ummm, brake pads are not supposed to move so clearly something is wrong. He tells me it is wear and tear and is completely normal, to come get my vehicle. I called corporate, they put in a ticket to have the customer relations manager contact me. She was just as unhelpful telling me basically that it is my fault for putting 8800 miles on it in 5 months. That should not be a problem! 8800 is still new! After arguing with them, I filed a new complaint with Toyota and will never be going back to Jerry's again. ALSO, on the work order, they put that its the rear brake pads, funny I clearly told them the noise is coming from the front end. They also put that I declined a multi-point inspection, most certainly did not. Wouldn't the inspection be necessary to even evaluate what the problem is?! Most incompetent and rude service department I have ever dealt with. Clearly they don't care about the safety of their vehicles that they JUST sold. I did not spend over $40k to be treated like this.

Profiling center dont buy if you look certain way
I walked in to buy a car today .
I was dealing with sales rep Jonathan who was helpful in his ways. He confirmed my name / address from the system.
Then he put me through to general manager Matt Bukowski for further talks.
As soon as I went to him he wanted to check my drivers license.I said it’s in my car. Let’s talk first. Moreover why do you need it just to talk.
Plus the other guy had already written my details on a piece of paper.
His answer was “ I like to know what “ KIND” of person I am dealing with.
I said you don’t need to profile me or be rude to me . I am here to buy a car . I am your customer.
Then he went on saying this is how I do business here . If you don’t like it you need to find an other Toyota dealership.
I walked out , went to rest room . When I was out he was at the door holding it open . He kept on yapping on about finding another dealership.
So if you look a certain way, ( I am Asian). I don’t know if this is one off incident or this is just the normal practice but this is just wrong where you have to show your licence to even talk to someone.
please do not visit this dealership and ask your friends not to visit .

Service
I have bought 6 cars here (2 tacoma double cabs, 2 4runners and 2 highlanders) My salesman Verlyn is the best. I had a service Appointment at 230 pm. Multiple calls/texts/emails they sent to confirm. I arrive and I'm told 2+ hour wait for a tire rotation. No one can call/text/email before you leave work to ask if you want to wait or would prefer to reschedule yet several appointment reminders. After 2 hours, Verlyn came by to say hi. He asked what i was getting done as my car isn't even a year old yet. He went to check my status and came back to tell me it hasn't moved into the shop yet. I wait smoothed 10-15 minutes and check the car tracker straps they emailed me and it hasn't moved from initial check in status. Then I go to the advisor I was assigned, RYAN, to reschedule and he was rude. I'm sorry but after buying 6 cars here (1 every 2-3 years), one just asks for a bit of courtesy...not an attitude and "I told you 2+ hours when you came in". Well, it's too late once I have already left worand made the drive there. Then he argues with me. Not happy with service today and will NEVER ACCEPT him as my advisor again. Neil was nice, came to help and went to check the status of my car. However, another guy in the service office thought I went back to the waiting room and started talking about me as I heard my name. He saw me still standing there and stopped what he was saying quickly. Then they send Ryan out to give me my car paperwork and he uses the fake smile, cocky, attitude... the obvious i have to be nice voice. I have requested that he is never assigned as my advisor again. I will highly (10 stars) recommend Verlyn for sales. Low rating for Ryan n his office buddy for talking about me when
i was still standing there waiting for Neil to return.

Great customer service, repeat customer
We bought our last car at Jerry's in 2016 and we love the car and Jerry's so much that we knew we'd be in good hands purchasing another new car.
The market is hectic, don't let the purchase be hectic too. We travel over an hour because their customer service is THAT good!

Total scam
Jerry's Toyota is just awful to deal with especially Matt and Ray. They lie, cheat and steal your money. Leaving a review means nothing since everything gets ignored. Terrible place of business.

Beware of these impudent crooks
First of all, STAY AWAY.
Congratulations for the loss of your customer to zero haggle price and transparency reputation as a top notch to Fitzgerald instead. Otherwise, they will rip you off with incoherently covetous fee as of 20000.00 USD out of your wallet over the listed MSRP. Lastly, thank you for letting me break my silence to the whole global internet service for how horrible and deprived my first time experience it was. Again, Beware of these impudent crooks. STAY AWAY.

Predatory, unethical dealer with rude staff.
TLDR: Use another dealer. ANY other dealer, these unethical crooks are only interested in separating you from your money. Read the reviews.
First, the service is a sham. The techs are under paid and incentivised to do fast, poor work. The service shop has a massive amount of turnover, with a dozen or more techs leaving each month. Jerry's has continual running ads for tech positions in several job forums and Jamie Grahe is constantly interviewing replacements. You'll easily see a tool box leaving there on a roll back anytime you visit. That speaks volumes to their lack of ethics.
Second, the car sales are insane. They insist you buy the car using their financing, charge an additional $1000 for Lojack that is not optional, and mark the price up $5k, $6k, $7k because "we can", all the while being rude and arrogant to your face. Usually when you get robbed the thief has a gun and mask!
This place epitomizes the term stealership in every possible sense, then they have some insincere platitude about how sorry they are that you are unhappy with you experience! Then do something about it!

Bait & Switch Pricing
Pay no attention to advertisements, their prices are different once you take time to go to the store. Then, they push extra fees, dealer prep, LoJac systems, etc. The manufacturer should shut these guys down!!!

Terrible customer service
My dad and I went to purchase a car today. I scheduled the appointment with Johnathan Sanders because I promised when ready I would patronize his dealership. We found the car and I asked about the internet price and payment on the website along with what they have as Jerry's price. Johnathan could not explain so I asked for the manager,I was taken to Matt who is the GM. After several exchanges he says there is no Jerry's price so I say you should remove it from your site. This is false advertising. We have a few more exchanges over pricing to the point I say do I need another dealer. He tears up the papers and say they are not selling me a car. I say so are you now refusing to sell me a vehicle to which he replies yes. Matt was very dismissive and condisending to say the least. I then asked who was above him he said he was it, I asked who is the owner he replied he is. He is terrible, I apologized to my salesman that we could not make a deal. This guy is to say the least arrogant and maybe racist. I also filed a complaint with Toyota .

Horrible service from a General Manager - REALLY!
I have been dealing with Matt Bukowski which is the General Manager at Jerry's Toyota, Baltimore MD, lets start by saying that he tries to be intimidating, vague about the dealings, non informative, arrogant and now convinced that he is a fraud. I was trying to buy a Toyota 86 from Jerrys Toyota and i live in another state, which is not so easy to do since I am not physically at the dealership. Knowing this, the GM should be easier to deal with and understanding which he lacks. I contacted a company already to transport this vehicle to my state and the final transaction is to sign the paperwork with Matt the GM. Since I am paying 100% cash for this car, I simply asked to speak to the Finance Manager because I had several questions that he could answer. After calling numerous times and not being connected to the Finance Manager, i was sent back to Matt. At this point, I asked Matt to provide me a name and a number and he refused to do so. I told him that whenever I buy a car and I have a question regarding the cash transaction or financing, I always speak to the finance guy, he refused to send me to him and arrogantly said " You only deal with me until I am ready to send you to the finance guy", I mentioned that I had a question and why he refuses me to speak to anyone else is quite questionable. he then said that he did not want to sell the car to me anymore. This was quite bazaar behavior. Who says this? Does the owner at Jerry's Toyota even know what kind of individual Matt is? How can a dealership maintain their credibility or reputation if they have someone running a business like Matt B. where he lacks total customer care and does not care about the bottom line or revenues of a company.. This dealership just lost a sale. If anyone is looking to buy from this company, I would suggest go elsewhere since they dont care about potential new customers. Well at least Matt B. does not care.

Ridiculous
I had a 9:30 a.m APPOINTMENT for an oil change. Once I sat down with Brooke and told her what I was there for, she asked about other services I may need due to the mileage on my car. I requested a quote for a transmission fluid change service and was told let me ask the tech. I didn't know asking tbe tech would take 3 hours which was the amount of time it took for my oil change..
Now if I accepted the outrageous price for the transmission fluid change I would've been there for a few more hours. It takes me 3 hours to drive to NYC. In addition, my drivers side mat was thrown on the passenger side. 3 hours for an oil change, just RIDICULOUS
