First time disappointed
First off I highly recommend Jerry’s for transmission services. I’ve been going to them for almost forty years. They have always been honest and reliable. I was only disappointed this time because I felt the charge of $350 to mount and balance four tires was a little excessive. They weren’t anything exotic, pretty standard tires and rims. I can’t imagine it taking any more than an hour to perform. I know I’m comparing apples and oranges but I can’t imagine tire shops offering that for free when you buy tires at their shops. No, I didn’t buy the tires at Jerry’s but again $350 for an hours of work? Sorry. This won’t stop me from going back but I’m just having a tough time comprehending it.
