A lack of communication and subpar work
Alan heady the head service writer at Jim click Hyundai lacks communication, getting vehicles out on a timely matter. Our vehicle had loose debris under the hood after maintenance and recalls were done. The engine cover and fuse box cover were not installed after work been done. All oil changes have been done at Jim click Hyundai, and when I check the oil it was a quart and half low.
